COVID-19 Protocol - Revised 6/26/20
WE ARE OPEN!
In an effort to maintain the safety of the public and our staff, we are implementing the following protocols. Please take a minute to review them.
1) Please call ahead for appointments!
2) Please call when you arrive to check in. Someone will be out to greet you ASAP to bring you and your pet into an exam room. If you do not want to come in, we can bring your baby in for their appointment. We will bring your baby back to you when the appointment is done. We are also spreading our appointments out to minimize how many people are in the office at a time (one pet parent at a time!)
3) If you are not feeling well, please call and reschedule your appointment!
4) Any questions, please feel free to give us a call or you can email us at email@example.com.
Your health, your pet’s health and the health of our staff is always our top priority! We are continuously disinfecting the office with Clorox, Lysol, etc. like we have always done!
Please be patient with our staff as we try to accommodate everyone during this time! If calling the office and your call is not answered, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 business hours. We will try to keep our clients updated as much as possible by email, office website or our voicemail system.
Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Thursday
•7:30am to 10am- we are in surgery unless of an emergency
•10am to 12:30- Routine appointments
•12:30pm to 2pm- WE ARE CLOSED FOR LUNCH
•2pm to 5pm- Routine appointments
Friday- OPEN on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the Month
(Nov. - CLOSED on the 13th & 27th)
•8am to 12pm- Routine appointments
In November we will be closed the 26th & 27th for the Thanksgiving Holiday!
